• Hired & oversaw full-scale production teams ensuring crew, cast (including celebrities), & clients were safe during the covid-19 pandemic. 

• Implemented creative remote solutions to create content during the covid-19 shutdown.

• Pioneered the infrastructure for a startup company and created the internal digital database for production wraps, freelance production guidelines, templates, & payroll.

• Supported the Executive Producer & Directors, working on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Instrumental to the bidding process. Created & managed budgets for clients, & provided creative support, research, & treatment design.

• Oversaw creative development from inception to completion; ideated & designed pitch decks, & communicated feedback from clients to directors.
